Diana is responsible for the financial and regulatory reporting of Matco mutual funds and for corporate accounting. She works with the firm’s legal counsel, auditors and securities regulators. Diana is also involved in the firm’s business planning and risk management.
Diana joined Matco in 2020 as a Controller. She started her career in the investment business in 2006 at Jennings Capital Inc. in various accounting roles including controller. In 2015, Diana joined the private equity firm, Priviti Capital Corp. as a controller, responsible for the accounting of various private limited partnerships and corporate financials. Diana graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in Moldova with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing degrees. Diana also holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
Outside of the office, Diana enjoys the outdoors, yoga, fitness classes and reading.
