Jaime is responsible for monitoring and oversight of the firm’s regulatory compliance framework. She ensures on-going compliance with corporate policies and relevant legal and regulatory laws and standards. Jaime also works directly with clients in support of all servicing matters.
Jaime joined Matco in 2017 as Client Associate and took on the role of Chief Compliance Officer in 2018.
She started her career with Milestone Asset Management Ltd. In a number of roles including Operations and Branch Manager. In 2003, she joined FirstEnergy Capital Corp. as Syndication and Compliance Officer. In 2006 she joined McLean & Partners Wealth Management as Chief Compliance Officer. In 2010, she joined Brownstone Asset Management as Manager of Corporate Operations then Chief Compliance Officer. Jaime graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Economics.
Outside the office, Jaime enjoys spending time in the mountains with her family, playing tennis, mountain biking, skiing, reading and travelling.
